1 Introduction

Welcome to tkbit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tkbit platform, accessible at https://tkbit.app and through the tkbit mobile application. tkbit is an online betting and gaming platform operated under a valid gaming licence and designed primarily for players based in Bangladesh.

By registering an account with tkbit, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of tkbit services, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold one tkbit account only. If tkbit identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tkbit account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tkbit will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tkbit support immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your tkbit account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Do not access your tkbit account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any additional security features offered by tkbit, such as two-factor authentication, where available.
• Never share your account credentials with friends, family members, or any third party.

tkbit reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tkbit platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkbit currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be listed on the tkbit payments page when available.

Deposits are credited to your tkbit account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. tkbit does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the tkbit payments team during standard operating hours. Most withdrawals are completed within a few hours of the request being submitted, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests being handled at the time. Before a withdrawal can be processed, tkbit may require you to complete identity verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your tkbit account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• tkbit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• tkbit reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud or security investigation.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tkbit platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question. These rules are available within the relevant section of the tkbit platform and should be reviewed before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

tkbit reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, that has been affected by a technical fault, or that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your tkbit account.

• Bets are final once confirmed. tkbit does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where expressly permitted by the applicable betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• tkbit reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of tkbit shall be final, subject to the formal complaints process set out in these Terms.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data. tkbit will not be liable for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers.

tkbit uses certified random number generators for all casino and virtual games. The integrity of all games is independently audited on a regular basis. Results generated by the tkbit platform are final and binding.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

tkbit offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and the D&T Ranking programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the tkbit Rewards page.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all tkbit bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your tkbit account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• tkbit reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• tkbit reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbit platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the tkbit platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the tkbit platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Using the tkbit platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the tkbit platform without written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the tkbit platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tkbit platform — including but not limited to the tkbit logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of tkbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tkbit platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any tkbit content without prior written consent from tkbit.

• You may not use the tkbit name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the tkbit platform.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to tkbit may be used by tkbit without obligation to compensate you.

9 Privacy and Data

tkbit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at tkbit.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account with tkbit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkbit uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the tkbit platform. tkbit does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

tkbit does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. While tkbit makes every effort to maintain a 99.5% uptime, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect platform availability. tkbit will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime or technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

• tkbit is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• tkbit is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• tkbit is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• In all cases, tkbit's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tkbit account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tkbit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, tkbit will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the tkbit platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the tkbit platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to tkbit's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tkbit platform shall first be referred to the tkbit customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the tkbit support process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence tkbit operates. tkbit will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or dispute resolution process.

tkbit's decisions on matters relating to bet outcomes, account management, and bonus eligibility are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described above. tkbit will always aim to resolve disputes fairly and transparently.
